heya XARA peeps,

just felt like I wanted to give a shout out to Mark and his family...
the man, the myth, the legend... such a cliche, but ya know what I mean...

for all the XARA's... for year's past... everybody raise your glasses...
and for the next incarnation of XARA this FALL...
a TOAST...

may ALL your time be invested with our youth,
and not consumed in society's structure systems...
may we guide our youth to see what WE have seen that has impact,
and not what other's necessities dictate they need to know...

everybody reading this... please add to this...

    Xara introduced me to this world and I will always love those memories. I speant my Ten Year Wedding Anniversary with my wife at Xara. Pitched my first Juicers Game !! It will always be in my heart. Thanks Mark . And Jay.

    Yes, yes, yes.

    I cannot tell you, as a single mother of a child who will be attending the Xara Garden School this fall, how blessed we are to be presented with this opportunity. I am SO EXCITED to be a part of the community that is forming. I have ALWAYS believed it's about the village and I was looking for such a village to help me raise a kind, caring, conscientious child. I have NO DOUBT the XGS will fill that role.

    THANK YOU MARK (and Sandy, and Vix, and all the people/staff who poured their hearts into this pursuit)!!

      Xara introduced me to this community too, the funny thing is, I went to Xara by mistake!

      My friends led me to believe I was going to a pagan retreat, I was expecting a quiet weekend of ritual, workshops and guided meditations...

      ...boy was I (pleasantly) surprised!

      Thanks Mark, you corrupted ime in the flower of my middle age! : )
